What Will You Be Doing?

The Regional Training & Compliance Coordinator, Airport Sales & Operations (ASO) is responsible for monitoring and driving improved compliance with company and regulatory policies and procedures, required training and winter operations (deicing).

Essential Functions

• Communicate regularly with station leadership on compliance concerns or opportunities.
• Complete post-audit analytical reports.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records and documentation relating to compliance activities.
• Perform station audits to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), government regulations (DOT, NTSB), and Company policies, procedures, and processes.
• Conduct Airport Sales & Operations Quality Control audits.
• Identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Share audit results with applicable Directors and Managers.

• Support Airport Sales & Operations initiatives

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, partners, and staff.
• At least 2 years of corporate training, auditing, or equivalent analytical experience preferred.
• Experience with Navitaire, Net Tracer, DocuNet, Schoox or similar platforms desired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent attention to detail for reporting and analysis
• Previous airline experience beneficial.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Products.
• Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Able to efficiently summarize analytic approaches and present insights and actions to management.
• Ability to determine assignment prioritization.

Equipment Operated

Competency and comprehensive knowledge of PC, scanner, digital camera, video camera, general office equipment, LCD, copy machine and various industry standard printers.

Work Environment

Office and outside activities to include inclement weather.

Travel is required 75% of the time.

Physical Effort

Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.

Supervision Received

General Direction: The incumbent normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments.
