Broward Health is Broward County's largest healthcare services provider and is one of the nation's top public health systems. We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team. Coordinates all aspects for the non- physician- supervised clinical student placements including affiliation agreements, school outreach, placement scheduling. Collaboratively works with system managers to maximize student clinical rotation and practicum placements and collaborates with Talent Acquisition to align with recruitment/placement opportunities. Ensures compliance with all onboarding/orientation requirements for all students, views and approves student rotations and students in the onboarding software. Updates all student vendor sites with requirements Maintains student dashboards for compliance, placement metrics and hiring metrics.

• Attends school advisory meetings and school recruitment events. Provides internal staff guidance for educational opportunities and career advancement within the system.
• Manages all student affiliation agreements, initials, renewals, and amendments to meet workforce pipeline needs. Keeps organization informed of approved affiliations.
• Manages all communications with all academic partners, faculty, and internal stakeholders to remediate student placement and other issues. Communicates all system student requirements to schools and faculty at regular intervals including organizing annual student affiliation meetings for all of Broward Health regions.
• Assists with onboarding of new student hires and supports orientation/training programming as needed. Master's Degree Required in Healthcare Related Field or Business Administration RN License Required BLS Experience: 3-5 years' experience related to clinical student placement working with academic institutions in a healthcare setting KSA Critical Thinking, Problem Solving and Creative Solutions generation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strategic planning, forecasting, and implementing solid work plans. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. Proactive and independent management.
