We are looking for experienced fine dining cooks to grow with our dynamic kitchen staff. You will strive to maintain quality and consistency of food preparation and production, cleanliness, and team work. **Other Back of House positions include Expo and Dishwasher.
Cook responsibilities include:
Preparation of Chef Tim Creehan’s recipe components and dishes
Fast paced production during evening food service shifts
Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and food and beverage safety
Stay guest and team focused, part of a culture of excellence
Comply with all food and beverage regulations and laws
Requirements:
Minimum one year high volume experience required
Fine dining experience preferred
Excellent knowledge of food preparation and production is desired
The ability to work in a clean and organized manner
Ability to work evenings, including weekends, as we are a dinner only establishment
Hospitality driven and guest first mentality
