Senior Director Of Dream Outdoor Brewing & Grill

The Senior Director of Outdoor Brewing & Grill is responsible for overseeing all of the food and beverage operations throughout all Dream Outdoor Resorts, including the launch and/or acquisition of in-house brewery.

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)

• 5+ years Food and Beverage (F&B) resort experience
• 10+ years of overall F&B experience
• Brewery experience such as tiki bars, pop up bars, food trucks, and beer gardens (preferred)
• Experience in ground-up development and restaurant design (preferred)

What you are great at: (Responsibilities)

• Provide insight and direction to development team on restaurant design and equipment, in addition to tiki bar, beer gardens etc.
• Lead F&B vendor selection, ordering, pricing etc.
• Lead providing F&B insight and expertise to the business plan, amenity set, and design of the Dream Outdoor Resorts.
• Deliver WOW to create memorable experiences for our guests.
• Lead all F&B operations and staffing.
• Lead the ice cream hotline.
• Lead the launch of in house brewery partnerships.
• Lead full menu design and create signature menu items.
• Lead guest satisfaction rating and reviews.
