:

• Prepare, set-up, and follow recipes for varying grill station.
• Keep station neat, clean and organized; adhere to all kitchen sanitation policies and procedures
• Cook menu offerings for breakfast, lunch and daily specials.
• Interact with all guests, while providing excellent customer service
• Retain temperature logs and production records in an efficient manner

Job Requirements

• Be able to lift up to 30lbs. walk, bend, climb stairs and stand for entire scheduled shift hours
• Knowledge with grill cook, steamer, flat top, sauté techniques, solid knife skills
• 3 years' experience in a similar line cook role
