Description

George Washington frequented Christiana Campbell’s Tavern for its delicious seafood in the 18th century. Lively conversation and learned discussion has returned to Campbell’s Tavern. We are looking forward to welcoming back guests to enjoy our historically inspired, locally acquired menu of shrimp, scallops, and fish, and of course our world-renowned crab cakes and spoon bread,

  • Must demonstrate initiative and creativity.
  • Ability to plan daily work based on general instructions from the supervisor.
  • Four years of experience in a restaurant specializing in continental or classical cuisine, for a total of ten years experience.
  • Must meet requirements for Cook 3 and Cook 4
  • Maintain standards listed below
  • Superior knife handling abilities.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of product utilization, stock rotation, food cost, and waste control.
