This Cook 3 – Lead Line position requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling. This person may be required to give direction in the supervisor's absence. **This position will be working outdoors/under a covered outdoor kitchen.**

Wage Information:

The salary range for this position is $25.00 to $32.50. The starting hourly rate is $25.00. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications and education.

Qualifications:

• Requires good communication skills.
• Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
• 3 years of previous line experience preferred.
• Requires moderate supervision and training.
• Possess a food handler's card.
