Job Description

Pugh Executive Search has partnered with a PE Backed business services firm in the search for a Controller to serve as the right hand to the CFO. This is a high-exposure position supervising a team of ~ 15 and will be responsible for leading the monthly close and consolidated financial reporting as well as research technical accounting needs.


Requirements:

  • Acquisition and G/L integration, ASC606 and ASC842 implementation
  • Must have manufacturing, construction or software company experience
  • Audit Liaison
  • 10+ years of accounting experience including public accounting and corporate experience currently sitting in the role of Controller or Assistant Controller
  • Local Candidate
  • Experienced in creating monthly reports for PE partners
  • Active CPA
