Job Description
What You Will Be Doing


  • Weekly and monthly union and benefit reports.
  • Ability to deal with collections calls.
  • Monthly WIP Reporting.
  • Prepares annual property tax returns.
  • Prepares monthly or quarterly sales tax returns.
  • Process union payroll and wage equalization.
  • Assist in quarterly and annual audit inquiries.
  • Prepares quarterly IFTA returns for company fleet.
  • Process mileage and travel for a minimum of three collective bargaining agreements.


Experience You Will Need


  • 7-10 years of prior accounting experience
  • Previous experience working with a Union
  • Construction Accounting experience is required
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, able to guide others
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Accounting Software
