  • No Sponsorships, transfers, OPT, or visa sponsorships.
  • Oversee all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems ensuring compliance with GAAP standards, regulatory requirements, and tax compliance.
  • Interpret financial data and recommend changes to improve systems, financial performance, and reporting.
  • On-site position and not Remote
  • Monitor internal controls and safeguards for receipt of revenues, costs, payables, budgets, and actual expenses and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare financial statements and financial analysis as needed.
  • Manage preparation of annual reporting and coordinate all audit activity. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial reporting requirements.
  • Permanent /Direct Hire Position, great company, excellent pay and benefits
  • Manage Finance transactions including cash management, bank account access, on-line transactions, and coordination of CPA firms for tax compliance.
  • Assist in annual physical inventory activity and ensure inventory reserves are adequate.
  • Coordinate yearly standards revision and assist in standard overhead rate cost calculation.
  • Coordinate budgeting, budget management and cost controls. Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of departments.

  • Present financial information to senior management, shareholders, and interested outside parties.
  • Direct month-end close process and preparation of monthly financials including variance analysis.
  • Lead and supervise day-to-day Finance operations and staff with responsibility over Payroll, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable that includes multiple manufacturing locations nationwide.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget. Work with management to develop multi-year business plans and play an active role in long-term strategic planning.
Candidates should possess the following:
  • Database knowledge with basic query writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products as well as report-generating software.
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries and complaints.
  • 8+ years of advanced experience in a manufacturing environment coordinating audit activities; managing, reporting, forecasting, budget development and profitability analysis, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
  • Working knowledge of short- and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
  • Experience with client server or mainframe-based ERP or MRP system (IQMS preferred).
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration. Master’s degree preferred.
  • CPA or CMA designation desirable.
