The Controller will provide effective management to the organization's accounting and reporting process.

Responsibilities

The Controller will be the Senior Leadership team member in charge of the accounting and finance functions of the organization.

Exercises good business judgement in making daily operating decision with the long-term best interests of the business in mind. Safeguards the financial and inventory assets of the business through verification and monitoring programs.

Will apply generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to the organization.

Tasks will include but are not limited to - tax reporting, audits, cash managment, systems performance, payroll.

Supervises accounting department employees.

Compensation based on experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting or Finance or related degree. Candidates should have a minimum of seven years of management level experience in Accounting and Finance function or five years Controller experience. Proficient in Microsoft products. Prefer experience in Ajera Software.

Positive attitude with a win-win mentality. High integrity, honest, ethical and trustworthy. Have strong verbal and non-verbal teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
