Construction Accounting Manager Jobs

Education in accounting or equivalent experience

Oversee the entire accounting process, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Payroll, and Inventory

Prior experience performing month-end closings

Oversee general ledger balancing and financial statement preparation

Complete monthly accounting close, including preparation and review of journal entries, analytical reports, and account reconciliations

Conduct in-depth financial statement analysis

Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues

Weekly and monthly union and benefit reports.

Previous experience working with a Union

7-10 years of prior accounting experience

Construction Accounting experience is required

Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills

Process union payroll and wage equalization.

Punctual - excellent time management skills

5+ years of QuickBooks experience

At least 5 years of experience with construction accounting

Experience in the HVAC / mechanical construction industry

Process all accounts payable and accounts receivable

Recognize revenue appropriately throughout the course of the projects
