• FP&A experience and Data Analytics experience

What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), proficiency in Python and SQL, and excellent knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with company objectives
• Analyze financial data, identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Implement and maintain financial controls and processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management and stakeholders to drive business decisions
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision making
• Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business strategies
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals

What You Need for this Position
Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in accounting/finance, including 2+ years management experience
• FP&A experience and Data Analytics experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting (or related)
• Python and SQL experience

Bonus Skills

• MBA or CPA
• Marketing metrics experience (customer lifetime value, customer acquisition costs)
• Consulting experience
