Contracts Manager 100% Remote

This is a mid-level professional position on the Research Operations Contracting team. The Contracts Manager 100% Remote is responsible for the review, negotiations, or preparation, tracking and finalization of the clinical trial agreements, exclusive of the study budget. Collaborates with appropriate Research Operations teams (especially Budget teams) and local program administrative teams.

Required Qualification

• 4 years Contract review and negotiation experience, experience with privacy law, HIPAA, compliance, contracts, IP.
• Bachelor's Degree
