Responsibilities:
1) Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
2) Works closely with Operations and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks, conducts root cause analysis and implements process improvements across the business or organization.
3) Drives productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives.
4) Work with multiple pillars to ensure that knowledge gaps are closed.
5) Other related duties as assigned.
