Primary Function

As the Product Coordinator, you will manage various types of projects related to the distribution, sales, and manufacture of OEM and service parts. You will be responsible for managing master warranty data across all residential and commercial water heater products sold in the US and ultimately all NAWH products. In addition, you will work directly with product managers, engineers, marketing, and sales contacts to ensure that product data is accurate and business projects are completed on time.

Based out of our Franklin Facility, this role is eligible to participate in our remote work program, which allows employees to work remotely up to two days per week. New employees in eligible roles can apply for this program after successfully completing their initial 90 days of employment.


Responsibilities

  • Use quantitative techniques to analyze data and make decisions.
  • Constant and timely communication on the status of client KPI’s
  • This position supports the analysis of incoming data, information collection and organization and overall marketing strategy management.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
  • Responsible for forecasting and projecting client KPI’s. Understand and recommend product needs. Recommend changes based on demographics derived from market analysis.
  • Communicate daily with interactive planners, client services team members and client.
  • Help provide innovative and concrete suggestions to improve strategy performance
  • Provide key takeaways and insights on all reporting responsibilities
  • Communication, teamwork, organization and ability to develop insights from large data sets are essential for the role.
  • Prepare reports that summarize findings and recommendations, to present their analysis to executive management and client.
  • The incumbent is responsible for the monitoring and analyzing key performance data as well as identifying areas for improvement.
  • It is necessary that the candidate can define a problem, collect and analyze data pertaining to it, evaluate company processes and procedures, and recommend strategies designed to solve the issue. A cursory knowledge of the internet and marketing strategies are desired.
  • Critically evaluate reporting processes and procedures and identify areas of improvement and efficiency
  • Work as a team with the planner to oversee accounts and suggest areas of improvements
  • Leverage data analysis experience to develop insightful reporting to sales management team. Supports the planning, implementation and execution of programs to support sales growth.


Qualifications

  • Established knowledge of commercial and residential water heating products
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • 3 years of related experience
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a related field
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks
  • Core competencies include analytical ability & problem solving, strong verbal & written communication, technical aptitude, portfolio management, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
