  • 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in project management of learning programs across multiple formats, including YouTube, with superb attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate and drive outcomes with cross-functional working groups and internal and external partners.
  • Experience leading complex operational initiatives in a fast-growing, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Experience in and passion for the learning/skilling space.

As the Content Operations Program Manager for the Current and Future Technologists team, you will support our mission to provide accessible learning opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds to grow careers in cloud globally. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, peers, vendors, and partner teams to drive short- and long-form content launches end-to-end on platforms like YouTube and Qwiklabs that reach new-to-industry talent across the globe.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$187,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on annual portfolio planning, OKRs, stakeholder updates, and business reviews to help inform future strategies.
  • Drive post-launch content optimization, including leveraging behavioral science mechanisms to drive completion.
  • Provide overall project management on short- and long-form content launches, including driving labor market analysis and liaising with internal product and content teams to validate content roadmaps (including localization), recommending new platform innovations that can be leveraged, recruiting subject matter experts to advise on the content and provide feedback, casting internal talent, and driving legal reviews of content.
  • Partner with Learning Experience Designers and Production teams to ensure overall quality and brand alignment and that the project runs on time and on budget.
