SUMMARY:


We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to drive our content strategy and produce relevant and engaging content to help grow Fitbit Health Solutions’ business. The successful candidate has a deep understanding of the B2B content marketing landscape, and is passionate about bringing ideas about how compelling content can help drive conversations with our prospects and grow our business.


You’ll create short-form and long-form content (white papers, ebooks, infographics, blog posts, videos) for multiple distribution channels (email campaigns, website, social media, webinars & events) You’ll be part of the FitOn Health marketing team, and will collaborate closely with members of the broader team to tell compelling stories across all forms of content. RESPONSIBILITIES:


As the Content Marketing Manager, you will:


  • Collaborate with designers to produce inspired work befitting the brand
  • Oversee customer success story strategy by engaging with customers and developing assets that illustrate the success of our solution
  • Use deep knowledge of B2B content landscape to continually pitch ideas for how best to use content to help drive our business
  • Perform audits and gap analyses, measure content performance
  • Develop and maintain content calendar to align with thought leadership strategy, lead generation campaigns and product launches
  • Design social calendar and maintain brand tone of voice externally
  • Support events and conferences by managing speakerships and helping to identify speaking opportunities
  • Write & edit copy; manage copy writers & editors and production work streams
  • Develop, execute and manage B2B content strategies to attract and nurture prospects


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in B2B content marketing
  • Demonstrated strength in strategic approach to B2B content
  • B2B and healthcare/carrier experience a must
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Ability to inspire, influence, and communicate cross-functionally across all levels of management
  • Outstanding self-starting, time management, and project management skills to deliver results

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 per year - $130,000 per year
