About the job:

• Independently drive the success of a project by directing activities ensuring high quality and timely deliverables
• Play a vital role in further building up the Synpulse North America's practice around digital transformation and operational excellence topics by delivering on client projects, making key contributions to business development, thought leadership and other corporate initiatives
• Identify opportunities, articulate Synpulse value, and support selling services to both new and existing clients
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Collaborate with a team of creative, fun, and driven colleagues
• Conduct interviews and workshops to define future state visions and prioritization of opportunity areas that deliver value across people, processes, data & technology while ensuring buy-in from clients’ senior management

About you:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• 1+ experience at a consulting firm or in a corporate strategy/development role; or exceptional academic performance with a GPA>3.5 from a highly competitive masters’ degree program and up to 1 year’s experience at a consulting firm or in a corporate strategy development role
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Experience working with or for clients in the banking, insurance or other financial services industries is strongly preferred

The salary range in New York City for this role is $70,800 - $100,000
