My client is the leading health-related behavioral economics consulting firm. They use proven science pioneered by our academic co-founders, coupled with over a dozen years of real-world experience, to tackle the hardest problems in healthcare. Using a behavioral lens to address industry issues, they develop strategies and actionable solutions for their clients that measurably improve health, increase engagement and lower the cost of healthcare.

What you will be doing:

• Interact with senior clients
• Get to sleep in your own bed as our teams have limited travel.
• Craft hypotheses, and drive workstreams to develop actionable behavioral economics solutions to make a direct impact on some of the biggest challenges facing the healthcare industry;

What I need from you:

• MBA, MPH or advanced degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams and projects
• 3-7 years consulting, behavioral economics or healthcare experience with a track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Strong problem solver including ability to develop hypothesis and thoughtfully present recommendations
• Team player yet self-starter
• Excellence in verbal and written communications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial driven environment
