• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Kronos (UKG) Cloud, demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
• Proven track record of successful implementations, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience working on UKG/Kronos implementations within the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based solutions and technologies.
• Proficiency in implementing Time & Attendance (timekeeping) and Scheduling modules.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and training to end-users, empowering them to effectively navigate and utilize the Kronos (UKG) system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure a seamless and efficient implementation process.
• Utilize your extensive experience in implementing Kronos (UKG) Cloud solutions to guide and support clients in the successful deployment of Time & Attendance (timekeeping) and Scheduling modules.
• Work closely with healthcare organizations to understand their unique requirements and tailor the implementation process to meet their specific needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation phase.
