Construction Specialist Jobs

AGRILAND FS, a financially strong cooperative serving customers nationally, is looking for a self starting, dependable individual who enjoys construction. Basic construction experience needed, but training on specialized construction skills available. This individual will assist with the construction, assembly and service of Fuel, Propane and General Facilities and Equipment throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes blueprints as well as informal plans or verbal instructions to complete projects and assigned tasks
• Assists in diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, assembling equipment and facilities as assigned. Working with concrete construction, metal fabrication, basic welding, electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment maintenance skills
• Learn to install new propane and fuel systems and service existing systems
• Accurately bill for parts and service
• Deliver and remove propane storage tanks

Requirements

• Demonstrates ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Basic construction skills with proven ability to learn
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Have skills related to concrete construction, metal fabrication, basic welding, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong work ethic with excellent teamwork skills
• Be able to obtain a Class A CDL with hazmat & tanker endorsements
