Position Details:

Title: Construction Project Planner / Scheduler (per diem offered)

Job Location: Palatka , FL

Position Type: Full-Time, ~18 month timeline

Pay Rate: $35 - $50/hr based upon qualifications

Benefits: National Health Network Plans, National Dental Network Plans, National Vision Network Plans, 401k Plan (Roth and Traditional)

Must be Authorized to work in the U.S. without Sponsorship

Job Overview

Schedule: Mon - Sat 10 hour days.

Duties:

• Where necessary conversion of contractors schedules into master file
• Communications and co-ordination in line with project management guidance
• Work with Project Engineer to update progress .
• Microsoft project management
• Critical path management.
• Coordination of multiple contractors project schedules with guidance of project management and project engineers.
• Compiling of detailed medium term and overview long term schedule – this will be on site after the start of construction.
• Organisation of deliveries in schedule.
