About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Construction Management Associate Manager...
In this role, you will:
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
  • Interact with Regional Presidents and company executives in charge of property
  • Make supervisory decisions to resolve issues related to work allocation and daily operations
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Properties Group
  • Collaborate and consult with management, peers, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, managers and company executives in charge of property
  • Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Provide oversight to all construction project managers in identification of project requirements and development of property and construction related project plan
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 2+ years of Construction Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Office or Admin construction experience
  • Experience in fast paced retail real estate market preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, pattern recognition and accuracy.
  • Experience negotiating and award related contracts to architects, engineers, general contracts and other external vendors
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
  • Detail Oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading projects
  • Experience conducting meetings, presentations and status reporting
Job Location:
  • NC Charlotte: Min $84,000 Max $149,400.
