Job Description
A Richmond, Virginia based commercial general contractor is seeking an Office Manager.


This position is essentially a Controller-type role. Accounting, analytics, payables, receivables, payroll entry, and similar and related tasks are performed.


Requirements


An understanding of and working experience under GAAP and experience with Sage accounting programs is a plus.


Experience in general bookkeeping, including internal financial reporting, cost coding and tax reporting/payments is imperative.


The duties further include Human Resources awareness such as employee record-keeping, benefits assistance, and onboarding.


The office manager may also oversee two direct-report employees.
