Conroe, Tx Family Seeking Temp Full-Time Nanny Starting Early July (8-12 Weeks)

CONROE, TX (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - Lovely Conroe family is looking for a TEMPORARY FULL-TIME, LIVE-OUT NANNY to assist in caring for their two sweet daughters(18 months and 4 years old) while mom recovers from a surgical procedure. The perfect candidate is kind-hearted, gentle, and supportive, and enjoys playing outside! Position will last roughly 12 weeks. Hours are roughly 7 am-6 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, then 8 am-5 pm on Saturday. Weekend availability is heavily preferred. Respecting and understanding the family’s beliefs in the home is ideal.

Mom is a SAHM/works from home while Dad is often at work most of the day Monday-Saturday. Mom is very hands-on and will be more active as she recovers but will need to be resting for the majority of the first 8 weeks.

Duties will include caring for their gentle, helpful 4-year-old and their sweet, goofy 18-month-old. Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep will be necessary since mom will be restricted from activity. Family has one indoor dog and two outdoor dogs so candidates need to be comfortable with animals and the possible light assistance with feeding/letting the dog in and out. Running errands for the family will be required; candidate may use the family vehicle or their own (for which they would be reimbursed for mileage). The 4-year-old will also begin school in August so pick-up and drop-off assistance will be a part of this role. Family lives in a walkable neighborhood with ample parking available. Many parks to play in are just a short drive away.

Start date of 7/5/23. Benefits include paid Holidays + meals and expenses will be covered or reimbursed during working hours. Pay is $25-35/hr.

BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study

CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)

Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position

A passion for working with children

Two+ years childcare experience

Excellent work and personal references

U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)

Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership

Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus

Competent swimmer

Non-smoker

Willing to go through extensive Background Check

Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident

Willingness to show proof of immunizations

No-cell phone driving signed guarantee

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
