Dual physician couple is seeking a nanny/assistant for their new to Houston family. For the part-time role, the core duties include providing attentive care for their two children, ages 2 and 4, getting the children prepared for and off to school in the mornings, and tasks related to the children. The hours for a part time role are 630-930a Mon-Fri. The family would love to extend this to a full-time nanny/family assistant role Mon-Fri either guaranteeing 40 hours per week with a split shift between 630a and 730p or by guaranteeing 62.5 hours per week and have the employee take on household, personal or family assistant type tasks while the children are at school and then pivot back to providing quality childcare, picking the children up from school, managing the afternoon and evening routines, and actively engaging the children in age appropriate activities and play. When the children are not in school, the focus would be childcare. This family is a military family who is very active and embraces a healthy lifestyle, so candidates who can support the family’s values and engage in physical activities would be a great fit for this role. Candidates who are outgoing, engaged, calm, kind, positive and do well with structure would be a great fit for this family. Candidates who are willing to travel are preferred and required for the full-time role. This job is available now.
