Role - Confluence consultant

Duration - 6+ months

Part time role - client is open to 15 to 20 hrs a week or lesser or slightly more

They go to it once maybe in a month, some maybe even once in 6 months.

Become an expert in delivering Confluence solutions and best practices

Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful completion of the project within agreed upon timelines.

Conduct interviews to understand business processes and requirements so you can help maximize and enhance utility.

Help build workflows for their specific use cases using all the rich capabilities of the Confluence platform

Document workflows and use cases

Develops and delivers detailed technology solutions through consulting project activities

Deliver recommendations evaluated based on utilization

Walk through the designed solutions and explain the customizations and functionalities implemented to meet specific business needs

Perform GAP assessment and identify additional product/services opportunities in customer organization

Qualifications

Strong understanding of the Confluence platform

Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and designing business requirements documents

Knowledge of Confluence system utilization best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
