Summary
The Label Intern will be exposed to a wide variety of label functions including operations, distribution, marketing, A&R, partnerships & more. They will do so by leading special projects & attending meetings to observe the process of developing artist campaigns. They will also be scheduled for one on one workshops to learn more about the expertise & day-to-day functions of different professionals in the company.
Responsibilities

• Assist with generating Disco pitching playlists based on moods, genres, pitching briefs for DSPs, sync, etc.
• Assist with pulling data for weekly marketing reports & help provide analysis
• Assist with developing a mid-year review of 2023 Lowly label projects & key insights & other special projects as assigned
• Assist in maintaining internal trackers including metadata (adding UPCs, ISRCs, master & publishing split information, etc)
• Attend meetings, assist with brainstorming ideas for upcoming release campaigns

Qualifications

• Quick thinker & problem solver that’s able to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar), experience with Adobe suite & other project management platforms a plus

PAY SCALE

• $15.50/hour
