Responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting all traffic in a friendly and professional manor, having a "yes" mentality, providing high quality resident service, building repport with all residencts, communicating residents needs to the appropriate office staff, booking/managing reservations of common areas, accepting/dropping off packages when required, leasing responsibilities when required, other resident services and duties as assigned.
