Candidate Concierge Jobs

• Handles phone calls regarding applications.
• Helps answer general employee inquiries.
• Schedules drug screens and physicals with clinics.
• Communicates with prospective employees after an offer has been extended.
• Follows up with any candidates who need assistance getting through the process in a quick and timely manner.
• Explains application process to potential applicants.
• Updates candidate tracker and hiring managers constantly and consistently.
• Walks candidates through: Electronically signing offer letter. Filling out the two additional requests for information (via e-mail). Going for a drug screen, physical (pending position) and background check. Any issues or questions they have along the process

• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
• Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, personal computers, photocopiers/scanners and desk phones.
• Operates in a business casual office environment.
