Our technology supports our advertising, marketing, call center, ongoing data needs, those working from home and multiple office locations. Of course, as well as our attorneys from discovery all the way to the courtroom. Technology is critical to our future growth and ongoing continual improvement.
To achieve this mission, the Computer User Support Specialist will have a team of internal technology resources and vendor partners to serve Daniel Stark with a passion for meeting the wide variety of user’s needs.
The Breakdown

  • Spend your week involved with asset management and procurement, helpdesk management and support tickets, incident response, change management, SOP documentation, SaaS support, coordinating with vendors and more.
  • Participate in projects creating efficiency and fueling the growth of Daniel Stark.
  • Use problem-solving and solution skills to help users with their computer, software, process and connectivity needs.

Skills And Qualifications
  • Active Directory and Windows Server administration
  • Barracuda / Help desk ticket experience / remote management / laptop deployment (imaging – deployment to end users) / assigning access permissions in software packages / key fob management. Salesforce – Litify experience helpful
  • Excellent understanding of cloud-based applications and delivering cloud-based services
  • An advanced understanding of technical issues, both hardware and software, for end user equipment
  • Lift or carry equipment up to 25 lbs., as needed
  • Display a commitment to quality and strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written skills proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff
  • Must be available to work onsite.
  • Support of office / productivity software including Microsoft Office / Office 365
  • 3+ year’s IT systems or relevant experience
  • Video conferencing setup and troubleshooting
  • 3+ years of experience in technical helpdesk or desk-side support environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 and additionally Mac OS X
