Job Description

Are you an experienced and empathetic community management and customer service star? Does helping other people light you up?


Mim Jenkinson is looking for a Community + Customer Support Star to help our growing community of sticker-makers, planner-lovers, and crafters feel heard, seen, and supported in reaching their goals.


In this role, you will support and encourage customers and community members to find solutions with sticker-making and planning by offering guidance, compassion, and positive encouragement.


This virtual role is an integral part of the Team Mim family and we're looking for a new team member to help support our community, delight them and bring joy to every interaction.

🙌 Support and engage with customers by responding to emails and messages in the Inbox and on social channels.

🙌Filter and organize content-related questions from the community and track trends.

🙌 Motivate and encourage community members and students to reach their goals.

🙌 Protect and amplify our community’s unique culture.

🙌 Support Mim with community management and customer service during the organization, planning, and implementation of online events and summits.

🙌 Implement effective onboarding strategies for both course and membership students.

🙌 Coordinate and ensure timely and effective communication of monthly membership content to students and members.

🙌 Collect, organize, and recommend customer stories to be leveraged in communities, marketing, podcasts, and more.

🙌 Track, monitor, and report on key metrics that indicate the health of our programs and communities.

🙌 Support project implementation through tools such as Kajabi, ClickUp, Dropbox, Google Drive, Airtable, and Slack.


This role is for you if:


⭐️ You have 2+ years of relevant customer service experience (preferably in a virtual environment).

⭐️ You have recent experience in managing a Facebook community.

⭐️ You are a fan of using a planner or sticker-making and are excited to help our customers find solutions via our Facebook groups, inbox, and social channels.

⭐️ Your written communication and grammar skills are exceptional; you are flexible, fast, and a resourceful self-starter.

⭐️ You are extremely detailed-oriented as this role is a two-way communication channel with our customers.

⭐️ You are tech savvy and can adapt to the tools required for this role and discover new tools that could improve processes and customer experience.

⭐️ You have excellent time management to prevent overwhelm and take responsibility to meet agreed deadlines.

⭐️ You are a solutions-focused quick and efficient thinker and implementor.

⭐️ You can work virtually every weekday between the hours of 9 am to 12 pm Monday - Friday US Central time, for approx 5-15 hours per week.
