Build, grow and manage a high-performing, effective and best in-class Customer Success Team

Manage and coach our Customer Success team to ensure successful roll-out of service to new markets.

Empathize with every aspect of the customer’s experience, always putting customer needs first

Create best practices, methodologies and metrics to ensure efficient operations while delivering amazing customer experience

Ensure effective on-boarding process with innate focus on scaling knowledge, operations and systems

Demonstrated experience with customer contact and engagement through multiple channels of communication

⭐️ You have excellent time management to prevent overwhelm and take responsibility to meet agreed deadlines.

⭐️ You have 2+ years of relevant customer service experience (preferably in a virtual environment).

⭐️ You have recent experience in managing a Facebook community.

⭐️ Your written communication and grammar skills are exceptional; you are flexible, fast, and a resourceful self-starter.

Current software and script programming and development experience (ie, Python, SQL, SQLite, PostgreSQL, Git/Github)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hands-on hardware development, build and test

System Engineering for Research and Development of new space systems and products

Class of 2023/24 college graduate with bachelor's degree in engineering

Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems

Intermediate to advanced knowledge and understanding of business processes and requirements.

Anticipates the needs of executive level management and take initiative to resolve issues with the appropriate level of urgency.

Education And Experience You’ll Bring

Use intermediate to advanced software skills to perform work assigned.

Exhibits critical thinking skills, adaptability and integrity.

Maintains and manages calendars, including meeting and travel scheduling and domestic and international travel arrangements.

College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management, business administration or equivalent experience is preferred

Self-motivated and results oriented, able to leverage these skills to build new programs & experiences

Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Star Hill Provisions at Maker’s Mark.

Manage Day to day operations of restaurant including personnel, work schedules and reservations

Manage and recruit a robust and enthusiastic team and provide training opportunities

Strong F&B background – preferably having knowledge of food, wine and spirits industry and an affinity for spirits

Experience within a research park, innovation hub or technology business incubator or related setting will be highly advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, entrepreneurship, economic development or another relevant field

Demonstrated record of developing and managing operating budgets.

Demonstrated track record of building successful multi-disciplinary collaborations, public/private partnerships and university/industry consortia.

Functional understanding of real estate development principles as they relate to the research/innovation mission

Help develop compelling, engaging, and immersive dialogue and narrative system experiences

Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine and Blueprints Visual Scripting system or equivalent.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Time animation gestures and add polish to timing of run time conversations.

Provide stub writing support for the game's characters when needed

Contribute to the consistency of character realization and development.

Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team
