ABOUT YOU

A highly organized, dynamic self-starter who is excited to be a driving part of the creative and content development process to ensure successful delivery of work for our clients — driven to push work toward completion by understanding what the vision is, what the path is, and what success looks like for all stakeholders.

This position works directly with the core strategy team, the Creative Director and Communications Manager, through the development and implementation of brand communications strategies to include, coordinating of day-to-day operations as related to client-side planning, strategic concepting, and production coordinating across creative teams.

This role is highly involved from creative development through final production of deliverables and is expected to help creative teams navigate rapidly evolving demands.

REQUIREMENTS & COMP.

Must be available to work in person, in Miami, Fl.

Comp to be fully discussed based on contract structure and capabilities at time of onboarding. This is a contract postion to start with opportunities to integrate further into client accounts.

Desired skills/experience/interests include Public Relations & Publicity, Communications, Social Media Content Development and Management, Brand Strategy and Creative Development. (Project Management experience is a plus.)

The experiences listed encompass a broad range of work associated with the development and production of communications for brands in current digital environment. These disciplines often overlap and we're looking for individuals who are able to, and interested in, working across disciplines.

This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with a team but also thrive independently. Individuals who approach projects with enthusiasm and are willing and able to take ownership of assignments - but also have the confidence to ask for help and voice ideas. Individuals currently or entering or involved in the fields of PR or Social Media, and who are looking to broaden their experiences into brand strategy and communications, are highly encouraged to apply.

• In-depth understanding of emerging media including social platforms
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and articulate abstract ideas across disciplines
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Ability to work closely with producers, directors, and designers
• Highly organized and strategically inclined
• Comfortable multi-tasking and switching between roles and projects
• Concept development, writing and editing, with involvement throughout the entire process to final production is a plus
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks and think on your feet
