The Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager works on the North America Charging Operations team in headquarters. This dynamic project management role will support the charging team’s business goals to improve network operation and the charging experience for our drivers.

• Implement processes which support the charging team’s business goals for the operating network
• Responsible for routine site host communications about new opportunities and programs
• Project manage issues, vendors and coordination of site level issues
• Serve as the Charging business partner for site hosts and internal cross-functional teams
• Help create scalable, robust processes which support the charging team’s business goal
• Act as the charging team’s first point of escalation with site hosts for questions or concerns
• Key executor of plans for seasonal events throughout the network
• Develop and track costs against budgets for site operations and projects

• Ability to manage multiple projects with an eye for efficiency and priority
• Ability to anticipate challenges and solve before they become costly to correct
• Highly energetic personality, with a flexible attitude towards critical tasks
• Aptitude for system optimization for scalable solutions
• Superb communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Previous experience working with real estate asset management or development is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study preferred
• Experience coordinating in fast-paced environments and teams
• Previous experience in a customer facing role
