The Commercial Marketing Manager is a critical position on the Channel Strategy team, supporting Postpaid Voice Acquisition. The Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for working with Sales Channels & Digital teams to develop and implement our customer acquisition strategy.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsibility for programmatic executive reporting and day-to-day program performance analysis
  • Be the voice of customers shopping in each channel and implementing solutions to fill any gap
  • Partner with our sales channels to ensure acquisition objectives are being met. When acquisition objectives are not being met, develop, and execute contingency plans to keep sales results on plan
  • Developing strategies to acquire Postpaid Voice Customers in non-retail channels


Qualifications:


  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Proficient in data analytics and business case development
  • Ability to function well in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • At least 18 years of age
  • 4-7 years Marketing experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple sales channels
  • Masters Degree Preferred
  • Strong history of building relationships and influencing across the organization at all levels (from individual contributor through senior executives).
  • Bachelors Degree Required

Washington Pay Range : $105,000.00 - $142,100.00


The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
