Odile Psychotherapy Service, PLLC is a private practice that offers a safe space for men and women of color to process life challenges, learn new skills, and feel affirmed in who they are.

We work with folks in a private setting, who are passionate and motivated about changing their lives. Thus, we are looking for a therapist and clinical supervisor who practices through a culturally sensitive lens and has a strong understanding of who they are and how race impacts identity, treatment, assessment, etc.

Major Responsibilities:

• Familiar with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Assist with crisis intervention.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, proper documentation, and quality assurance.
• Provide leadership and oversight of mental health services.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and participate in professional development.
• Attend and facilitate regularly scheduled staff meetings and clinical supervision.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based practices.
• Sign off on the clinical documentation of the pre-licensed therapist.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of racial and relational trauma
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• NYS LCSW/LMHC/LMFT
• Strong organizational, clinical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
