• Coordinates scheduling visits for panelists.
• Takes measurements or images of the skin using bioinstrumentation and imaging devices.
• Provides excellent customer service to clients and panelists and maintains a positive and respectful interaction with peers and leadership.
• Complies with and understands safety and Operational Integrity procedures and processes.
• Collects and records clinical information.
• Sets up and conducts studies in compliance with protocols, SOPs, applicable regulations and GCPs.
• Performs clinical grading to assess a variety of skin assessments on panelists in a clinical setting.
• Responds to queries from Quality Assurance and Statistics departments.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in industrial or laboratory, or field services setting with experience following strict safety standards. (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Required)

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Language Skills: English - Advance level
• Good manual dexterity
• Mathematical Skills: Basic level
• Advances communication skills and ability to interact with paid panelists.
• Ability to maintain focus when tasks become repetitive
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail
• Reasoning Skills / Abilities: Basic level

Computer Skills

• MS Office (Word, Excel) - Intermediate user proficiency (Preferred)
