A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLINICAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of sites participating in CSTLs clinical studies. Each working day will look different and the workflow and workload will ebb and flow according to the study team and site needs. Activities include attending study team meetings, training site personnel remotely or in person, responding to and sending emails, and traveling to different locations throughout the US to visit sites and monitor data.
Qualifications

• Direct patient care or clinical research experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in a science or healthcare-related field or a registered nursing certification or equivalent certification/licensure from an appropriately accredited institution.
• In some cases, a combination of education, professional training, and demonstrated experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
• Valid Driver's License where applicable.
• Familiarity with clinical research and study development processes.
• 3 years of CRC experience or previous 1-year experience as a CRA.

TRAVEL/SCHEDULE

• M-F; working remotely from home, Midwest USA-based location, near a major airport; travel routinely 50-60% and up to 80% at times.
