Position Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and resolve customer problems
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide quality customer service
• Recognize sales opportunities and upgrade products and services
• Utilize systems and technology for account management tasks
• Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary

Candidate Qualifications

• Reliable with good attendance and punctuality
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
• Customer service oriented and ability to build relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multitask and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute with accuracy
