Job Summary:


The Clinical Charting team is responsible for managing all things Clinical Documentation at Luna. The key components include, daily documentation workflow to review, screen and submit every visit documentation.


Deep dive chart audits when triggered due to specific therapist behavior like overutilization of visit or CPT codes and poor quality flags. Management of the Echo, Luna's proprietary software to manage Documentation quality and compliance.


Detailed Functions/Key Differentiators:


Handling specific tasks as described in SOPs


Maintaining SLA on completing tasks


Maintaining data, running defined reports, tracking issues


Job Qualifications:


Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience as a PT tech, aide and/or medical records
