RentVision is looking for a communication-savvy people-person who loves technology to join our account management team. In this role, you will...


  • Advise clients on apartment marketing and revenue management performance
  • Establish and grow lasting partnerships with clients and coworkers
  • Be the face and voice of RentVision to your book of clients
  • Provide remarkable service and help resolve client issues


Expect to work with a wide variety of personalities and get a lot done! Our account management team members bring the personal touch to our business by going the extra mile for our clients. Your day-to-day will involve a lot of back and forth communication both internally and externally. The ability to communicate effectively is a must!


This is a full-time, exempt, and salaried position that will work in our Lincoln, NE office.


Requirements


Have a successful track record.


We’re looking for 5+ years of experience in customer service and/or portfolio management. You need to be confident under pressure and comfortable handling crucial conversations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are vital to success in this role.


Enjoy developing new relationships.


You need to thrive on meeting and getting to know people. Our best account managers are able to win over just about anyone. They deliver remarkable experiences to their book of clients by being timely, helpful, and transparent.


Agree with the saying: “There is no I in Team.”


While each account manager has a book of clients, we work best when we work together and rely on one another to deliver solutions to all clients. We embrace collaboration over competition.


Juggle multiple projects at once.


Our work is time-sensitive–you’ll work quickly to manage many (sometimes unpredictable) situations that require swift action to ensure our clients have a positive experience. Being able to effectively prioritize tasks is essential.


Can see to the details.


As the go-to person for your clients, you will need to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. You must have the ability to handle and keep track of the volume and variety of client needs.


Are eager to keep learning.


Digital advertising is ever changing and evolving, and RentVision strives to be on the cutting edge. To excel in this role, you must embrace and be able to quickly learn and adjust to the constant updates and upgrades that are a part of working in the digital space.


Are able to travel.


While the majority of your client interaction will be over the phone or virtual, limited travel may be required for in-person meetings. Expect to travel approximately 2 to 4 weeks a year.


Work on site.


We’re looking for applicants who live in Lincoln, NE, or the surrounding metro area who would enjoy working in-person at RentVision’s offices.
