Job Description
Description:
  • Attend to client’s questions, complaints, and concerns and facilitate satisfactory resolution
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information and processing customer adjustments
  • Any other duties as assigned by management
  • Ability to make decisions and resolve client issues
  • Remain well informed on system and product changes by reviewing resources available
  • Conveys to the client a sense of expertise in our debt management product and services
  • Follows established procedures; performs education and personal financial management counseling, specifically in credit card debt management
  • Provide additional educational and referral resources to the client as needed

Required Skills:

  • High Speed internet (DSL or cable) connection required
  • Must be highly motivated with the ability to prioritize, plan, organize and follow through on work assignments
  • Have strong attention to detail and must be able to multi-task.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, Internet browsers, MS Office Products,
  • Flexibility with work schedule
  • Must be able to work from home in a quiet environment
  • Ability to utilize effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive client information
  • Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills
Requirements:

Required:

  • 3+ years of previous customer service experience, care center experience a plus
  • Must have strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in credit counseling, financial services, call center or customer service.
