Client Services Operations Associate

Overview:

At Maison Goyard the Client Services Operations Associate will support the client service team and workshops with all operations’ workflows. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency in communication and workflows between the client service team and boutiques, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate will fully embrace Goyard’s values of heritage, family, and excellence in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities:

Workshop Operations

• Provide timely and accurate reports to management when requested.
• Create FedEx labels for incoming and outgoing client goods
• Gift Wrapping
• Liaison for all boutiques between clients and workshops to report on shipment status updates
• Fluency in brand and product knowledge
• Maintain clear and up to date documents for reference
• Support marquage & aftersales department through organization and maintaining structured workflows
• Proactive communication with clients and boutiques for status updates
• Understand and adhere to Goyard retail policy and procedures
• Stock Maintenance & Cycle Counts
• Inbound and outbound packaging
• Any other duties and special projects as assigned; such as and not limited to entering incoming marquage orders into the tracker and keep accurate and up to date information
• Shipment Receiving

Position Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Able to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with POS reporting systems
• Must be a team player
• Ability to develop effective partnerships within the team and organization
• Flexibility in schedule and commute (within New York City)
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 1- 2 years experience in a similar position in luxury retail industry preferred
