Job description:
We are looking for a Client Relations Manager who is responsible for engaging with key clients by building and preserving trusting relationships. The CRM will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. The CRM must be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Their duties also include meeting with clients in-person, or perform outbound calls, to discuss new products or services, resolving client issues with our products or services to preserve relationships and communicating with other departments about maximizing client experiences.
In This Role, You Will:
·Be the primary point of contact for customers, and partners with regards to overall account management.
·Provide guidance & advice to clients, specifically geared toward the use of our integrated payment solutions.
·Investigate & solve customer problems and handle all customer complaints efficiently
·Educate/ inform clients about the company’s products, services, and special offers.
·Conduct market research to know your competition and strategize accordingly.
·Assist Operations and Accounting on issuing accurate invoice/billing to Customers.
·Meet with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
·Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with Clients.
·Create & present reports & business reviews to clients
·Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
·Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
·Conduct customer satisfaction surveys & recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
·Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.
·Oversee customer relationship management system.
