JOB PURPOSE
The Client Relations Specialist's primary responsibilities are to increase customer satisfaction by providing exemplary customer service to promote growth, retention and loyalty among clientele. You will work with customers by phone, email and instant messenger to support customers in various aspects. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Familiarity with Social Media management, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, able to create engagement on social media platforms
- Share customer success stories during daily company meeting
- Ensuring customers have a VIP experience at our events
- Encourage happy customers to send us their success stories
- Enthusiastic, persistent, friendly and professional on the phone
- Implement training material throughout calls
- Assist callers by helping to identify training or events that best fit their personal and business needs.
- Receive all inbound calls to answer questions - fact find and qualify lead/ route to appropriate extension if needed.
- The ability to learn and administer our products quickly and effectively resulting in being able to teach it to our clients
- Work with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided to make sure they are upsold to the next stage in their training
- Provide excellent service to our clients and apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience, Competencies and Education:
- Intimately familiar with sales techniques, objection handling, and know how to navigate conversations to a positive end
- Professional phone skills
- Sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to help others
- Knowledge of sales cycles and sales process
- Experience with HubSpot, Shopify, Stripe, Zen Desk a plus
- Manages difficult or emotional customer situations
- Excellent presentation and delivery skills
- Competent problem solver
- Technical aptitude with the ability to learn software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for storytelling
This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, Florida.
