This is a full-time Remote / Virtual position.

ECI is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, high-energy, hands-on professional to join our Professional Services team to drive project implementations for our JobBOSS² Product . Our ERP Implementation Consultants act as key resources and points of escalation for each implementation. Their goal is to successfully implement and provide ongoing consulting for customers utilizing JobBOSS², creating an exceptional customer experience through implementing new strategies, solutions, and processes to reach successful go-lives.

Essential Job Functions

• Be the primary representative and go-to resource for new customers implementing the ECI JobBOSS² ERP platform.
• Concept validation and user acceptance testing
• Understand and deliver upon ECI JobBOSS² implementation methodology, which includes the ability to complete:
• Data migration and data formatting recommendations
• Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help customers understand and continuously improve their business.
• Systems design and fit-gap analysis
• Travel to customers domestically and internationally, average 40%, understanding business processes and delivering training for customers using JobBOSS².
• Pre-implementation system testing
• Consulting recap and activity reporting
• System configuration and setup
• Lead customer sessions with the objective of identifying and documenting: Current and future business initiatives, Gap analysis within current systems and/or processes, and Reporting / data analytics requirements.
• Requirements gathering through existing process reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, or Master’s, degree in business, accounting, supply chain, information systems or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and/or passport for the travel within the US & Canada that will be required.
• Strong ERP product knowledge, 1-3 years ERP experience preferred
• Prior experience in software implementation or consultation.
• Understand common industry business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Windows
• Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to users with varying levels of technical expertise via telephone and in-person
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, delivers high-quality work, self-motivated and an internal desire to succeed
• Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills
• Possesses a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone

Additional Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED)

• Experience in using Microsoft SQL Server query, views, and stored procedures.
• Experience with JobBOSS², M1, or JobBOSS a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Windows
• Experience with Crystal Reports and Dashboards a plus
• ISO Auditor Certification a plus
• Experience working with a customer on business process improvement projects.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server a plus
• APICS/CPIM certification a plus.
