Summary: Responsible for selling the organization's products or services to and maintaining relationships with existing named accounts in connection with direct sales to end users. The Client Sales Executive is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the sales relationship with each client/prospect in their assigned territory at every level from the Plant (site) manager to departmental line managers.

What will you do?
The CSE drives new business through the identification, development, negotiation, and closure of new IOM portfolio opportunities with prospects and clients and is responsible for the overall relationship and customer satisfaction of the client engagement. They target potential leads, qualify them, and lead the IOM pursuit team in developing and positioning the solution.

Key Responsibilities:
IOM Client Sales Executives are responsible for managing the entire sales process from identifying prospects to negotiating contracts.

Other job essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Create and maintain territory sales plan
  • Manage demand and qualify opportunities
  • The complexity of the account set - multi site, global, size
  • Shares industry, deal, and sales best-practice knowledge with the IOM sales community and may mentor and coach other Client Sales Executives
  • Utilize business and financial knowledge to create value propositions
  • Ability to engage in an Executive Level (CxO) - having valuable dialog; understand key strategies and financial drivers from an executive perspective
  • Identify prospects and create entry strategies for each
  • Lead or participate in contract negotiations
  • Coordinate deal crafting and positioning
  • The ability to identify, communicate, position and implement the ECS strategy
What experiences will make you successful?
  • Knowledgeable of Business Solutions and Manufacturing Applications
  • In-depth experience including RFI/RFP proposal strategy, management and response
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding yearly quota
  • Past experience in closing deals of $5-10 Million in contract value
  • Strategic sales, relationship, and account management experience at a major services organization, preferably on a global basis
  • 5+ years of complex, solution selling sales experience in an IOM
  • Capability to understand IPS offerings and articulate those offerings to the industry and prospects
Travel: Requires 75% to our clients.
