Description And Requirements
JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Director, Quality is responsible for the quality assurance activities of the division. This position is responsible for defining, reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes and systems to meet quality metrics and targets. This role leads the quality analytics and insights to modify or improve internal processes to better serve our clients. This position leads the team and works closely with senior leadership to formulate changes and requests to support overall business strategies.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
Qualifications/Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing teams, either directly or indirectly
  • Must be a self-starter with ability to multi-task, work in stressful situations, and meet strict deadlines
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office required and experience in using complex database systems
  • Ability to interface with clients and represent the company in a positive manner
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex or diverse information
  • Strong interpersonal skills required such as a focus on resolving conflict, listening objectively and openly to others’ ideas, and contributing to building a positive team spirit, willingness to share and receive information and ideas from all levels of the organization to achieve the desired results
  • Individual must possess the ability to work independently
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a quality assurance function
  • Demonstrated track record of success diagnosing and effectively using data to drive business results in dynamic environment
  • Deep understanding of quality systems, processes, and best practices
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
  • Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency in area of responsibility
  • Provide analysis of data, feedback, business processes, to assess efficacy of improvements we have made and identify where improvements are needed
  • Develop a Quality dashboard for Division including Client Experience, Operations metrics/insights
  • Manage and complete multiple projects at the same time with cross functional stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Plans for additional resources; Sets goals and objectives; Organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; Develops realistic action plans
  • Conduct review and analysis meetings, driven by data and workflow visuals
  • Develop and lead CAPA process for the division
  • Analyze trends, information, statistics, etc. and translates data into insights that address key business needs
  • Develops workable implementation plans; Communicates changes effectively; Builds commitment and overcomes resistance; Prepares and supports those affected by change; Monitors transition and evaluates results
  • Meet with customers to address quality concerns and escalations
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Overall responsibility of management including direction, coordination, performance, and evaluation of the assigned team and staff. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 5% - 10%

Expected annual base salary range: $113K to $145K
